This Agreement is between:
Ovika Real Estate (“Platform”)
AND
[Seller/Owner/Agent/Agency Name] (“Lister”)
1. Purpose
To outline the terms under which the Lister submits property details for marketing and listing on the Ovika Real Estate platform.
2. Responsibilities of the Lister
Provide accurate, truthful property information
Upload current and relevant images
Have legal rights to sell or rent the property
Provide ownership documents or authorization letters when requested
3. Platform Rights
To accept, modify, or reject any listing
To promote the listing on third-party platforms (if agreed)
To suspend listings in case of legal or policy violations
4. Fees (if applicable)
If premium features are selected (e.g., featured listings), the Lister agrees to pay the applicable fees as per pricing displayed on the site.
5. Term & Termination
This agreement remains valid as long as the listing is active.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
Immediate termination may occur in case of fraud or misrepresentation.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu / India. Legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Tamil Nadu / India.
